This Sunday at 10am Brother Larsen will be teaching us using the talk by Elder Anderson titled “Wounded” https://www.lds.org/general-conference/2018/10/wounded?lang=eng Please take some time to study this talk and come prepared to share the things the spirit impresses upon you.
Next Sunday, March 31st at 10am we will meet with the Relief Society in the gym for a combined lesson on Temple Worship with emphasis on the covenants we make in the temple and why they are so important. I encourage all to attend. If you want some added encouragement check out the Rome Temple dedication. Another really cool thing that came out of the Rome Temple celebration was the Prophet and Apostles bearing witness of Jesus Christ. You can not read this without feeling the confirmation from the Holy Ghost to the truthfulness of what they speak. https://www.lds.org/blog/modern-apostles-bear-witness-of-jesus-christ?lang=eng In two weeks we will have the opportunity to be taught by these great men. Please start now to think about questions you have or things in your life you want to change and then pray to have those things answered. General Conference will be Saturday, April 6th and Sunday, April 7th.
We have a temple cleaning assignment tomorrow at 4:30pm. It’s not too late to sign up so if you feel like you want to come help please let me know asap.
One thing that was brought to my attention last Sunday is that some of you have had changes to your ministering assignments and aren’t aware of those changes. You can see the assignment on the LDS Tools app on your phone. If it does not show the assignment you need to update the app. If you would like a printout of your assignment or an email please let me know and I’ll get that to you.
